Unlimited room types
You can create as many room types as you want. Single, Double, Triple, etc... For each room type you can set how many rooms you have and how many people can accommodate each room.

  No duplicate bookings
When someone places a booking the system will check how many available rooms of each type it has for the selected dates. If there are no available rooms for a specific room type, then booking that room will not be possible.

  Multi room booking
You can book as many rooms as you want, from any available room type. If for example you want to book 2 double and 1 single room, then you can do this easily.

  Manage bookings
Using a special password protected administration page you can manage all of your bookings, change booking detail, change booking dates and add or remove room types. You can even re-send email confirmation for the booking if some changes have been made.

  Export booking reports
You can easily export all bookings in CSV format which can be viewed and saved using Excel.

  Different daily prices
When you set the room price you can set different prices for each day of the week. So for example Monday - Thursday bookings can have one price and Friday - Sunday another price.

  Seasonal prices and promotions
If you want to have different prices at any time during the year you can easily add new daily prices. Just select the start and end dates for the period you want to change and set the custom prices. This enables you to set different, higher or lower, prices for you rooms during any holiday period for example Christmas or Valentines Day.

  Price calculations
Our script will automatically calculate the total price for any rooms booked, during any period – taking into account any promotions etc.

  Online payments via PayPal
Using PayPal, your clients can easily and securely book the rooms they want online, via their PayPal account, or using a credit card (credit card usage is currently only available for bookings made by customers residing outside of Thailand).

  Full or deposit payment
You can set up the system so that it takes full payment at the time of booking, or you can set the percentage of deposit that you require from 1% to 100%.

  Terms and conditions
You can easily include any terms and conditions for the booking process. These terms will appear at the bottom of the booking form and your customers will have to read and agree to these terms before they are allowed to proceed to the PayPal payment system.

  Email confirmation
Once a booking request is placed an email confirmation is sent to the customer and to the hotel administrator. You will never miss a booking request again!

  Different currencies
Select the currency you want to use for your prices and payments. We currently support 19 different currencies which you can set in your admin.

  Different date formats
Set date format to be used for all dates on your booking form and email confirmation messages.

  Easy to install
Using one line of code you can put the booking form on any of your web pages.
